Popped I. For a late breakfast around lunchtime. Awesome friendly service with a smile. Great full English with decent proportions and a builder’s cup of tea for a tenner. Will be back !!!!!

A hidden gem in the heart of Bethnal Green. Off the beaten track although just two minutes from Cambridge Heath overground station Billy’s is brilliant! Super polite and friendly staff, bright, clean and airy, good value for money and excellent food - what’s not to love?!? I honestly can’t find a single fault with this cafe! I now wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for an all-day Billy’s Special breakfast!

Banger of a full English in a local cafe. This is a no-frills place that does breakfast right. The guys were quick on service, with good chat, and brought out good food. Good toast with egg, tasty beans and mushrooms, and nice slices of bacon. The portion size was perfect for a hungry guy and enough to get me going for the rest of the day. Great prices, too, which will make me come around more often, too.

Good old fashioned no nonsense east end cafe. Fresh environment, the Bacon, egg, and chips were hot off the plate, very tasty and not too greasy either. Billy and the team are warm and friendly. And prices are not inflated. Highly recommended.

this is a perfect caf. really lovely breakfast that was the exact correct amount of grease. and i don’t know how theyve done it but my cup of tea was *perfect*. the guys who work here are so lovely too. 10/10 ! i got a full breakfast and two drinks for less than 10 pound btw

Undoubtedly the best cafe in E2 and local area. Always greeted warmly and served with a great smile. They pay close attention to your needs and wants, making the whole experience nice and personal. I don’t know how they remember so much people’s faces and requests but they do! Food is always tasty and cooked to perfection- cannot fault them at all seriously- one of my favourite spots x
